1. What is your return and exchange policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details and sizing carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. How do I know my size? Our fur slides run true to size unless stated otherwise in the product description. We recommend ordering your regular shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best fit.

4. How long does shipping take? Processing time is 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location: • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We plan to expand to international shipping soon—stay tuned!
